Ridwan Qambari, identified by the BBC as Siham Kanbari‘s father, is seen from 36:58, initially at the left of the screen. He has thinning hair and is wearing a beige t-shirt.
Paul Adrian Raymond describes meeting Ridwan Qambari, in Reyhanli, Turkey, close to the Syrian border, on the night following Siham’s death (20 October 2013, according to Dr Saleyha Ahsan) and “drinking endless cups of coffee” with him “as the hours passed”. I contacted Raymond on December 26 2013 to clarify details of his alleged meeting with Mr Qambari but did not receive a reply.
I initially took the man in the green shirt to represent Siham’s father, the BBC say he is “presumably a relative”.
Both men appear in this short video, where they can be seen inside an ambulance with alleged victim Ahmed Darwish and possibly (at 10 seconds) Mohammed Asi, presumably representing the victims’ departure from Atareb Hospital.
This info is so amazing thanks!
